Weeblr,llc is a company duly registered with the State of Delaware, USA. It is referred to throughout this website as “Weeblr,llc”, “Weeblr”, “we” or “us”.

Usage of this website, available at https://4otp.com, and related services or products Weeblr,llc may offer either through this website directly, or through other distribution channels such as browser extensions stores or mobile applications stores, is governed by the terms of use set forth below. It will be referred to below as “the Site”.

The Site may provide access or allow downloading items that can be used outside the Site itself, including executable software for the Windows, macOS or Linux operating systems. They will be referred to as “Desktop Apps”. Desktop apps may also be made available through other means such as third-party applications stores.

Weeblr may also develop browser extensions and distribute them through browser extensions stores such as Google Chrome Store or Mozilla Firefox extensions store. They will be referred to as “Browser extension” or “Browser extensions”.

We may also develop mobile applications and distribute them through mobile applications stores such as Apple App Store and Google Play Store. They will be referred to as “Mobile app” or “Mobile apps”.

We may also develop online applications available remotely, either for individuals usage or for machine to machine communication. They will be referred to as “Online app” or “Online apps”.

This website page and the other website pages listed and linked to from this page will be referred to as “the Agreement”.

The Site, any Desktop software, any Browser extension, any Mobile app and any Online app as listed on the Apps page together constitute the service we make available, referred to as the “Service”. The Agreement constitutes the agreement between you and Weeblr, pertaining to the use of the Service. If you continue visiting the Site or use the Service in any way, you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the Agreement. Do not use the Service if you disagree with those terms, but please do contact us to explain why!

All Desktop software, Browser extension and any Mobile app as listed on the Apps page will be referred to as “the Applications” or individually as an “Application”.

Usage of the Site

We provide the Service “as-is”. We do not provide any warranties or guarantees related to the Service. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim any implied warranties including, but without limitation, those of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, or that use of the Service will be error-free or without interruption.
Your use of any information or material on the Site or the Service is entirely at your own risk. The content of the Service is subject to change without notice. You are responsible for making sure that any part of the Service you use meets your requirements.
The Service contains material which we produced, own, or for which appropriate permission has been granted to Weeblr.
All trademarks reproduced within the Service are our own, or appropriate permission for use has been granted to us. Reproduction or use of our trademarks without our consent is not permitted, to the full extent of applicable law.
The Service may include links to website(s) other than those part of the Service itself. These links are provided for your convenience and information. They do not constitute an endorsement by Weeblr, and as such we do not take any responsibility for the content of the linked website(s).

Usage of the Applications

Obtaining and using any of the Applications is subject to the terms set forth on our End-User License Agreement page.

Usage of the Online apps, cost and refunds

Using Online apps may be subject to obtaining a paid-for subscription through this website. Details including duration and price to pay for each subscription are listed, or can be reached from this website home page.
Online apps which usage is subject to a paid-for subscription will stop operating if the associated subscription comes to expire.
Unless otherwise specified on this website page describing any such Online app, a subscription will automatically renew at the end of its normal duration.
You can cancel this automatic renewal at any time by accessing your dashboard through this website.
If you cancel a subscription automatic renewal, the cancellation takes place at the end of the subscription normal duration, not at the time you cancel.
Due to the nature of the Online apps we offer, which start performing their expected duty immediately after being enabled, there cannot be any refund for a paid subscription, unless we can confirm that the subscription was never used.

Other clauses

Weeblr can modify the Agreement without prior notification to you. The currently valid Agreement will be the one available on this page of the Site, and the pages linked to it, at any time.
The Service, and any communication about the Service, regardless of the medium used, can only use the English language. While parts of the Service can sometimes be provided in other languages than English, this does not constitute an exception to this rule but only a convenience for you.
The Agreement exists only in its electronic form, as available on this page of the Site and pages linked to it, and constitutes the entire agreement between you and Weeblr.
We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from anyone under the age of 13 or knowingly allow such persons to use the Service. If you are under 13, please do not attempt to use the Service or send any information about yourself to us, including your name, address, telephone number, or email address. No one under age 13 may provide any personal information to us or within the Service. In the event that we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under age 13 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information as quickly as possible.
